The Role

Position Title:

Purchase Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the premier retail hubs in Dubai, offering top fashion, adventure essentials, and lifestyle brands. : o Create strategic buying plans, forecast demand, and curate seasonal assortments across adventure categories, ensuring optimal stock and timely replenishment. o Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and explore sourcing options to secure quality, cost-effective products. o Manage budgets, track key financial metrics, and align buying decisions with profitability and business goals o Lead the buying team, drive cross-functional alignment, and continuously improve processes while ensuring compliance and operational excellence



Requirements

35 years old and below o At least 4 years relevant experience in related industry o Proven experience as a Buyer in the retail sector, preferably with a focus on outdoor sports, adventure gear, or activewear o Strong product knowledge of technical gear and adventure apparel and proven skill in vendor management and understanding UAE market trends o Hands-on or personal experience in outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, or kayaking is preferred
