Key Responsibilities:
Source and purchase building materials and hardware items from approved local and international suppliers.
Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update supplier database and build strong vendor relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Track and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival and resolve any supply issues.
Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, price, and delivery reliability.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all purchases, pricing, and inventory movements.
Work closely with accounts and logistics teams for invoice processing and shipment coordination.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Graduate, B.E Civil Engineering
