We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Purchase Coordinator

with strong experience in the

electronics industry

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of electronic products and will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, managing vendor relationships, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role is essential to support efficient purchasing operations and inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the sourcing and procurement of a wide range of electronic products (home appliances, gadgets, accessories, etc.) Manage vendor communications and maintain strong supplier relationships Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers Review, compare, and evaluate quotations to ensure best value and quality Process purchase orders and monitor order status, delivery, and documentation Update and maintain accurate purchase and inventory records Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure product availability Keep up with industry trends, new product releases, and pricing movements

Requirements:

Mandatory:

Prior experience in the

electronics industry

In-depth knowledge of various electronic products and accessories Proven experience in procurement and vendor coordination Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchase/order management software Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Dubai

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar purchasing or coordination role Knowledge of UAE supplier networks and import/logistics procedures Fluency in English (Hindi or Arabic is a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
