We are seeking a Purchase Assistant with a passion for the travel bags and luggage industry. The ideal candidate will have up to 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials and products related to travel bags and luggage.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best deals.
Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks and documentation.
Requirements:
Up to 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the travel bags/luggage industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with market trends in travel bags and luggage
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
