Role Overview:
You will support our online business by planning purchases for promotions, managing stock for the website, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and place purchase orders for online promotions and campaigns.
Coordinate with suppliers for prices, offers, and delivery timelines.
Ensure stock availability for website campaigns, sale events, and new launches.
Share promotion plans and purchase details with the marketing and e-commerce teams.
Support in deciding quantities for each promotion based on past sales and current stock.
Update and share product lists for website uploads (new items, price changes, offers, etc.).
Maintain proper records of POs, invoices, and supplier details.
Assist in basic price comparison and negotiation with suppliers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Freshers or 0-2 years of experience in purchase / e-commerce / coordination roles.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work with different teams (e-commerce, warehouse, accounts, marketing).
