Key Responsibilities:
Source and purchase materials like printing substrates, signage components, display fixtures, and tools.
Compare supplier quotations for cost-effectiveness and quality.
Prepare accurate purchase orders and maintain inventory records.
Track deliveries and follow up with vendors.
Build strong supplier relationships and evaluate vendors for cost control.
Manage procurement documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in Exhibitions, Signage, Retail Display Solutions, or Fit-Out industry.
Strong knowledge of materials used in display production.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and procurement software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of UAE suppliers is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor's in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Familiarity with signage production and display systems.
