Key Responsibilities:
Place purchase orders (POs) with existing suppliers for pet food and accessories.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications.
Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to monitor inventory levels.
Assist in verifying invoices and support accounts for payments.
Report any delays, shortages, or discrepancies to management.
Update purchasing database and assist in preparing procurement reports.
Handle administrative tasks related to procurement and supplier coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
Freshers with a
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field are welcome.
Strong
organizational and communication skills
.
Good knowledge of
MS Office
(Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to
multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is a plus.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
