Key Responsibilities:
Research and evaluate new and existing suppliers.
Request quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
Assist in new product listing and ongoing product monitoring.
Track projects and prepare related reports.
Create and manage purchase orders.
Maintain procurement records using
MS Excel

MS Project
, and
Microsoft Dynamics
.
Coordinate with design and logistics teams for project updates.
Monitor inventory levels and plan appropriate delivery schedules.
Work with the warehouse team to ensure products arrive in good condition.
Requirements:
Experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in
CE, lifestyle, or telecom accessory sectors
.
Strong knowledge of
MS Excel
; familiarity with
MS Project
and
Microsoft Dynamics
is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
