We are looking for a

Purchase Assistant

with strong experience in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of electronic products and will be responsible for handling vendor coordination, purchase orders, price negotiations, and inventory support. This role is key to maintaining efficient procurement operations and building strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

Source and purchase a wide range of electronic products (home appliances, gadgets, accessories, etc.) Handle vendor management and maintain strong supplier relationships Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors Review and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality Coordinate purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage stock updates Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to meet product demand Stay updated with market trends and new product launches

Requirements:

Mandatory:

Prior experience in the

electronics industry

Strong product knowledge of electronic goods and accessories Proven experience dealing with vendors and handling procurement Excellent negotiation and communication skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and purchase software Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement Familiarity with UAE supplier networks and import procedures Fluency in English (Hindi or Arabic is a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
