Job Summary: Looking for a Purchase Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Determine and suggest source of procurement and interview potential suppliers
Carry out price or cost analysis before deciding on purchases
Generate tender documents for example invitations to bids, requests for proposals as well as requests for quotation based on the nature of the requirement and cost of purchase
Discuss contract terms of agreement as well as pricing
Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery of products
Assist in assessing the quality of purchased products and maintain updated records
Generate reports on purchases
Assist in resolving issues or problems related to delivered good
Carry out any other task as may requested
Job Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Purchasing and Supplies, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field of study
Experience in the same or related role is highly desired
Should be able to negotiate, establish and administer contracts
Must be a good communicator
Only female Filipino candidates are required to apply
Excellent interpersonal skills required
Good knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies as well as systems
Good computer skills
