We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team immediately. We pride ourselves on being strategic, technical, transparent, and solution-oriented. Job responsibilities

• Having 3-4 Years of experience in the design & Furniture Manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's degree in business administration/accounting or related field
• Calculate the regular order requirements, and follow up on the supplier's production schedule in time after determining the internal order requirements
• Responsible for communicating with manufacturers, and suppliers, controlling the delivery date of each order from the factory, and providing timely feedback to relevant salesmen
• Update the purchase information in the system, and feedback on the order status irregularly
• Understanding of materials like acrylic, MDF, Veneer, and plating activities.
• Knowledge of suppliers for the above said
• Arrange manufacturer order logistics reasonably and timely, and issue arrival notice
• Master the name, specification, model, and other information of newly goods
• Assist other business teamwork

Desirable skills and experience will involve:

• Good English communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Negotiation skills and Solid analytical skills
• Understanding of supply chain procedure.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• An ability to work under pressure, and good stress management.
• The ability to maintain calm under pressure
• Concern for order, accuracy, and quality
• Skills of teamwork
• Responsiveness
