Key Responsibilities:
Monitor stock levels and identify the need for new materials or equipment.
Research and evaluate potential vendors, maintain positive relationships, and negotiate prices and terms.
Create, track, and confirm purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to construction sites.
Liaise with vendors to ensure delivered products and materials are in good condition.
Conduct research on current pricing trends, new materials, and alternative solutions to find cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain and update internal databases with vendor information, discounts, order details, and pricing.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company procedures and relevant regulations.
Creating material requisition through ERP system as per site requirements through the approval of a project engineer.
Loading and unloading of materials.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
6 MONTHS - 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE in Construction/Building industry
Immediate joiners are preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
