Puff Machine Operator
Job Description
Operate puffing machines to produce foam-filled insulation materials used in the production of air conditioning units.
Load materials such as metal sheets, foam, and other components into the puff machine as per production requirements.
Ensure the puffing process runs smoothly by monitoring machine settings, temperature, and pressure levels, adjusting as necessary to ensure the desired output.
Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues or operational problems and report major issues to the senior operator or maintenance team.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the puff machine to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Adhere to all safety protocols and use the appropriate protective equipment (PPE) while operating machines to maintain a safe working environment.
Work closely with other team members and production staff to meet production targets and deadlines.
Suggest improvements to the production process or equipment to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
