This is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Public Speaking and Soft Skill Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for conducting workshops and training sessions focused on enhancing public speaking, presentation, communication, and soft skills. Day-to-day tasks include designing engaging training materials, organizing interactive activities, providing constructive feedback, and evaluating participants' progress. The trainer will also assist in developing tailored training plans to meet specific individual or group needs.
Qualifications
Strong abilities in Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, and Communication
Proficient in Training & Development and effectively delivering lessons
Knowledge and experience in teaching Life Skills and Soft Skills
Ability to adapt training methods to suit individual and group needs
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience as a trainer, coach, or teacher is a plus
