- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with uBest\'s brand identity and business objectives.
- Lead the design and copywriting team to create engaging and shareable content across various platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Plan and execute events to promote uBest, fostering connections with our target audience and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with influencers to amplify our brand, driving awareness and credibility.
- Craft and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all communication channels.
- Identify media opportunities and improve media relations.
- Proven experience as a PR Specialist, preferably within the HR-tech or startup industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and influencer marketing.
- Fluent English and Arabic language.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to brand positioning.
