Duties and Responsibilities
As Public Relations Officer, I will support and assume responsibility for the efficient operation of the Human Resources department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. My key role will be to support the Director of Human Resources in managing all government-related processes for the hotel, ensuring legal compliance and efficient handling of employee documentation and licenses. The role also supports HR and operational departments in maintaining smooth relations with UAE authorities and regulatory bodies.
