Job Description
We are looking for a
skilled and experienced PRO
to join our Wordcraft team inSharjah
. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of all government-related procedures and strong experience in thebusiness setup and documentation sector
.Key Responsibilities:
Manage all government-related documentation and processes for
new company formations, license renewals, modifications, and cancellations
in Sharjah. Liaise withSharjah Immigration, DED, Labour Department, Municipality, and other government bodies
as required. Handlevisa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID processing, labor card applications
, and related services. Ensure compliance with currentlaws and regulations
related to business setup and employee documentation. Track expiration dates and ensuretimely renewals
of trade licenses, visas, and permits. Maintain accuraterecords and documentation
for all PRO services. Represent the company during visits togovernment departments
and assist clients with required procedures. Stay updated with any changes inrules, regulations, and procedures
in Sharjah's business and immigration sectors.Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of proven experience
as a PRO in the business setup industry (Mandatory
). Strong knowledge ofSharjah government regulations
, including immigration, labor, and economic departments. Familiarity withfree zone and mainland
company formation processes in Sharjah. Excellentorganizational and time-management skills
. Ability to managemultiple tasks
and meet deadlines.Valid UAE Driving License
is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
