Public Relations Officer (PRO) - QE2 Hotel Dubai, UAE
Role Summary
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) - QE2 Hotel Dubai will be responsible for managing all government-related procedures including visas, labor, and immigration formalities. Based on the historic Queen Elizabeth II floating hotel at Port Rashid, this role ensures compliance with UAE regulations, supports the Talent and Culture department, and maintains smooth business operations while safeguarding company and employee documentation.

What You'll Do

  • Collect and communicate updates on labor and immigration laws and regulations
  • Submit and follow up on all new work permits, visas, and residency applications
  • Ensure timely renewal of business licenses, trade licenses, and company permits
  • Represent the company at government departments, embassies, airports, and police stations as needed
  • Oversee company vehicle registration, renewals, and related documentation
  • Support Talent and Culture department with recommendations for efficient visa and residency processes
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee and company documents
  • Monitor and follow up on expiry dates for passports, visas, and health cards
Ideal Profile
  • Proven experience in UAE immigration, labor, and PRO services
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and visa management software
  • UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Motivated, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in hospitality sector preferred but not required
