Invox Corporate Services is looking for a proactive and knowledgeable
Public Relations Officer (PRO)
to support our operations in Dubai. If you have a strong understanding of UAE government procedures and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
Handle visa applications, renewals, and cancellations through MOHRE and Immigration portals Complete Emirates ID and medical typing processes Manage company license renewals and trade license updates Oversee company formation and documentation in Dubai Mainland Liaise with government departments for approvals and documentation Stay updated on changes in UAE labor and immigration laws
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience
in a PRO role within the UAE Familiar with government portals (MOHRE, ICA, DED, etc.) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a bonus) Ability to manage multiple priorities efficientlyAbout Us:
