We are seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related documentation and approvals for clients. This role involves ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and maintaining strong relationships with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Submit applications for trade licenses, visas, and other regulatory approvals. Liaise with DED, Free Zone Authorities, Immigration, MOHRE, and other government entities. Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance. Assist clients with document attestation and notarization processes. Keep clients informed about the status of their applications and any required actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2-4 years of experience as a PRO or in government liaison roles in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of UAE regulations and licensing authorities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
