The individual shall carry out all the activities for the official collection, drafting and submission of government applications as well as the processing of a variety of ancillarydocuments.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver all required visa documentation, including residence permits and renewals, while coordinating with Labour Offices and relevant governmental or semi-governmental authorities.
Understand and draft new or renewal labor contracts, labor cards, license renewals, and other related procedures for companies registered with DED, DIFC, ADGM, IFZA, and other applicable authorities.
Prepare and follow up on visa requests for both Company employees and clients.
Manage and continuously monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the Company's operations, ensuring compliance at all times.
Ensure all Company and client licenses are up to date, including the preparation and submission of required documentation for renewals or updates.
Oversee the renewal and maintenance of business and trade licenses, ensuring all necessary approvals and permits are obtained to avoid penalties or any otherviolations.
Handle corporate administrative changes such as share transfers, changes to company officeholders, amendments to Memorandums of Association (MOAs), changes to company names or licensed activities, and coordinate with the relevant government entities for execution.
Familiarize himself/herself with the official procedures, regulations, and fees of Dubai Courts, as well as those of Immigration, corporate authorities, and the Dubai Land Department.
Conduct research, as requested, regarding specific processes, applicable fees, and relevant procedures.
Establish and maintain professional and cooperative relationships with relevant government and semi-government authorities to ensure efficient and compliant handling of company-related procedures and approvals.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with governmental and semi-governmental authorities, as well as third parties.
Strong computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering high-quality team support.
Capable of working independently and completing tasks within the scope of provided instructions, standard procedures, and established routines.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
An accounting background is a plus.
