Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Public Relations Officer (PRO)

to handle all government-related transactions and ensure compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws. The ideal candidate should have

at least 4 years of PRO experience in the UAE

, with strong knowledge of labour, visa, and immigration processes, as well as relevant government portals and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Process all employee-related documents including

labor contracts, visas, Emirates IDs, and medical tests

. Handle

renewal, cancellation, and transfer of visas

for company employees. Manage

labor and immigration transactions

through online government systems (MOHRE, ICP, Tasheel, etc.). Coordinate with

insurance providers

for new and renewal of health insurance policies. Maintain up-to-date records of employee documentation and ensure compliance with UAE labor law. Prepare and submit applications for

trade license renewals

,

establishment card updates

, and other company-related legal documents. Represent the company at various

government departments

, including Labor, Immigration, Municipality, and Chamber of Commerce. Assist HR in ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. Keep management informed of any changes in government rules and regulations related to PRO activities. Handle

vehicle registration renewals

,

traffic fines

, and other administrative tasks when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

4 years of UAE experience

as a PRO (preferably in a contracting or construction company). Strong knowledge of

UAE Labor Law

and government systems such as

MOHRE, ICP, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, and Abu Dhabi Government portals

. Proficient in

online government systems and e-services

. Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills. Valid UAE

driving license

is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under minimal supervision. Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
