Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Public Relations Officer (PRO) with specialized experience in CICPA-related processes and compliance in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all matters related to government liaison and documentation, especially focused on CICPA registration, license renewals, and security passes for personnel and projects. This role is crucial to ensuring the company's operations remain fully compliant with Abu Dhabi government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end processes related to
CICPA registration
,renewals
, andmodifications
for companies and projects. Liaise withCICPA
,ADNOC
, and other government entities to secure required licenses and passes. Processsecurity passes
(individual and vehicle) for employees and subcontractors. Ensure all project-related documents meetCICPA compliance requirements
. Maintain an up-to-date record of all government documents including trade licenses, immigration files, CICPA documents, etc. Monitor license expiration dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid fines or operational delays. Assist in preparing and submitting letters, forms, and documents to various Abu Dhabi government departments. Stay updated on changes to government regulations and requirements pertaining to CICPA and other regulatory bodies. Support HR and Admin departments in employee onboarding procedures, especially with regards to CICPA clearances and security access. Attend meetings with CICPA and other regulatory bodies when required.Required Qualifications and Skills:
Arabic and English communication skills (spoken and written). UAE Driving License

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
