We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Public Relations Officer (PRO)
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be available to join immediately and have prior experience working across multiple industries within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all Abu Dhabi-related government transactions (MOHRE, ICP/ Police Station, Airport, Embassies, Municipality, Courts, and Economic Dept etc.) On time in order to achieve legal and financially sound status of all employees and related companies & Minimize penalties & complication issues by verifying all submitted documents to government authorities and perform consistent follow-ups with all concern parties in order to have smooth process.
Collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities (MOHRE, ICP , Police Station, Airport, Municipality, Economic Dept and Embassies etc) on all rules to keep HCD PR Section of the changes in the rules and procedures.
Conduct daily and periodic reconciliation of transactions' fees with the related party
Arrange accommodation in ADH for Employees (i.e. follow all maintenance works, conduct inspection, arrange bedding material ,etc
Process rentals, payment of utilities/maintenance, real-estate and lands related licenses and governmental transactions- Under the direct supervision and management
Attend all emergency cases related to business unit and ensures all issues solve on time.
Process Trade & Professional Licenses: new registration / Renewal / Cancellation / Modifications / Freezing - Under the direct supervision and management of Group Legal Division
Process Bounced CHQ & Register criminal cases in police stations - Under the direct supervision and management of Group Legal Division
Performing the daily Mailing activities' services (In/Out)
General jobs related to Abu Dhabi reception.
Handle all government and legal documentation related to employees and the company
Manage visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, license renewals, and other PRO-related tasks
Maintain strong relationships with various government departments and embassies
Stay updated on changes in UAE labor and immigration laws
Support HR and Admin teams with document control and employee onboarding processes
Requirements:
Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities, and below -Proven experience as a PRO or similar role in the UAE -In-depth knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and company laws is an added advantage -Must have a valid UAE Driving License
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
Salary:
Salary of AED 4,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
