We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and highly motivated Public Relations Manager with a proven track record in client-facing communications, strategic planning and business development. Key responsibilities of PR Manager are as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

Client-Facing

Act as the lead PR representative for real estate clients, building and maintaining strong, consultative relationships. Understand clients' business goals and market position to craft and propose tailored PR strategies that align with their objectives. Lead client meetings, presentations and strategic planning sessions.

Business Development & Upselling

Identify opportunities to upsell PR services to existing clients and craft value propositions for PR-led campaigns. Pitch the agency's PR capabilities to new prospects, helping to convert leads into long-term accounts. Collaborate with the business development team to develop proposals, RFP responses and pitch materials. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to develop ideas that position the agency as a leader in real estate PR.

PR Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive PR plans that include media relations, thought leadership, press releases, and event PR Create and maintain PR templates, frameworks and pitch decks to streamline agency operations and improve output quality.
This role is instrumental in elevating the agency's PR capabilities, securing new business and creating value-added opportunities for our clients.

A keen understanding of the real estate industry with a known network in the UAE can lend an added value.

The ideal candidate needs to thrive in fast-paced environments, able to build strong client relationships and has the creative and strategic mindset to pitch, propose and execute campaigns that deliver results.

We are looking for someone who has:

6-8 years of proven PR experience. Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, including presentations, strategy development and relationship management. Real Estate experience and industry knowledge is an advantage. Proven ability to pitch business ideas, secure media coverage and develop thought leadership campaigns with strong understanding of local media landscapes across real estate, business and luxury lifestyle verticals. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and drive measurable results.
