Manage end-to-end employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and medical testing.
Handle work permits, labor cards, Emirates ID, and residency visas for new and existing employees.
Ensure compliance with MOHRE, GDRFA (Immigration), and Dubai Municipality regulations.
Process and renew company trade licenses, establishment cards, and other legal documents.
Liaise with DED (Department of Economic Development), free zones, and PRO services.
Maintain up-to-date records of all corporate and employee documents.
Act as the primary contact for government authorities, typing centers, and Tasheel/GERBER centers.
Stay updated on UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and policy changes affecting the construction sector.
Resolve any legal or compliance issues related to visas, labor contracts, or fines.
Lead a team of PROs and administrative staff handling daily government transactions.
Coordinate with HR, recruitment, and project managers to ensure timely processing of work permits for new hires.
Address visa rejections, labor bans, or legal disputes efficiently.
Handle emergency cases (absconding reports, terminations, or employee grievances).
Requirements:
10+ years of PRO experience in UAE, preferably in construction or manpower-heavy industries.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and MOHRE/GDRFA systems.
Strong network with Tasheel, Amer Centers, typing centers, and medical testing facilities.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Valid UAE driving license (preferred for frequent government visits).
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
