Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Public Relations Executive to lead our public relations efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive PR campaigns, managing media relations, and enhancing the organization\'s overall public image. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic public relations plans aligned with organizational objectives. Identify key messages and target audiences to effectively shape the organization\'s public image. Collaborate with senior management to integrate PR strategies into broader marketing and communication plans. Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media representatives, journalists, and influencers. Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization, handling media inquiries and interviews. Prepare and distribute press releases, statements, and other media materials. Brand Management: Ensure consistent and positive messaging across all communication channels. Protect and enhance the organization\'s brand reputation through effective communication strategies. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to proactively address potential issues. Content Creation: Develop engaging and impactful content for press releases, articles, speeches, and other PR materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate PR content into digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Oversee the creation and maintenance of a media kit. Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans. Act as a key decision-maker during crises, providing timely and accurate information to the public. Mitigate reputational risks and ensure a unified and strategic response. Event Management: Plan and coordinate press conferences, product launches, and other media events. Represent the organization at industry conferences, seminars, and other public forums. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience as a Public Relations Manager or in a similar senior PR role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Extensive experience in media relations and crisis management. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative PR ideas. Strong organizational and project management skills. Working Conditions: Full-time position with occasional evening and weekend work.
