• Fosters a bold and disruptive Approach to Public Relations, solidifying The Pacha Group\xe2\x80\x99s reputation as Award-Winning 360-Degree Immersive Entertainment Destinations that goes beyond the ordinary, providing Unforgettable Experiences for our Guests.
• Develops, plans and implements proactive PR strategies to promote The Pacha Group and enhance brand reputation in the market.
• Drives PR campaigns ensuring qualitative extensive media coverage and stakeholder engagements.
• Cultivates and nurtures long lasting relationships with local, regional, and international media outlets, employing top-notch communication and interpersonal skills to foster valuable press outcomes.
• Oversees the development of press releases, interviews, quotes, articles, and other PR communications materials that reflects The Pacha Group\xe2\x80\x99s tone of voice and values.
• Crafts and refines editorial pitches and narratives that mirror the essence of The Pacha Group\xe2\x80\x99s and compellingly convey brand stories to press.
• Coordinates media visits, handles media queries, interviews and speaker engagements promptly.
• Organises, manages, and promotes PR activities such as press engagements, interviews, etc. that are in line with brand needs.
• Carries out site-inspections and assists at media events and shoots.
• Develops and maintains a network of industry experts and thought leaders for potential collaborations for the Leadership Team at The Pacha Group.
• Anticipates potential PR crises and be prepared with preemptive solutions. Handles any PR issues swiftly and professionally.
• Stays abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to ensure our PR strategies remain cutting-edge.
• Clips sensational Press Coverage and maintains accurate records of media clippings, following strict Record-Keeping processes.
• Takes ownership of Organising the Public Relations Server by regularly downloading and storing documents shared by internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintains a Master List of media coverage secured by the In-House Public Relations Team and external Public Relations Agencies.
• Maintains a comprehensive and updated list of Local and International Media Contacts, influencers, bloggers, and other partners to facilitate The Pacha Group\xe2\x80\x99s disruptive Public Relations efforts.
• Maintains a record of all Awards and Recognitions and Speaking Opportunities relevant to The Pacha Group.
• Keeps a record of Celebrities and other High-Profile Individuals that have visited The Pacha Group
• Drafts and distributes Internal Brand News/Updates Alerts to keep The Pacha Family informed of remarkable Brand Highlights.
• Provides a clear Brief for Graphic Designers and Audio Visual Team Members for the creation of all/any Press Materials. Collaborates with various internal departments to curate banks of Media-Friendly Imagery.
• Supports with the efficient distribution of Press Releases to targeted media, media agencies, and other contacts.
• Responds to Media Inquiries and interview requests quickly, while managing individual and group media visits, influencer/partner/sponsor collaborations, and other specific events that require \xe2\x80\x98Pacha-styled\xe2\x80\x99 Attention.
• Quickly and enthusiastically supports the Head of Department, Assistant Director of PR and PR Manager with various administrative duties and reporting while actioning the necessary follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed seamlessly.
• Stays informed about the latest Industry Trends, Music, and Best Practices, ensuring The Pacha Group maintains their Leading Position in the industry.
• Monitors Competitor Activity in the media and online to ensure The Pacha Group\xe2\x80\x99s boundary-breaking Public Relations Strategies are always ahead of the curve.
• Coordinates and executes all Public Relations activities with a \xe2\x80\x98Pacha-Styled\xe2\x80\x99 Flair.
• Manages Media Monitoring /Reporting on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Public Relations, showcasing a proven track record of success in the profession.
• Experience Preferred experience in Entertainment, Lifestyle, International Travel, or Hospitality.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong familiarity with the media landscape, relationships and network with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers, locally and globally
• Ability to take Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned and to multitask, handle tight deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, strong attention to detail
• A proactive, self-motivated, solution oriented and creative professional, with the ability to work within collaborative environments and autonomously.
• Must enjoy dining, nightlife and all things related to the world of hospitality.
• Computer literacy, with a mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
