With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort's success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. Where you will:
Develop and execute fully integrated PR & Communication Plans based on the commercial objectives of the company, aligned with sales, marketing, and the e-commerce strategies.
Develop promotional communication campaigns (tactical, awareness, teasers) in collaboration with marketing to drive revenue to the target demographics and markets via the resort booking channels.
Undertake the responsibility of social media, relevant calendars, strategies and the creation of content.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with the local and international community; such; key media partners, high profile influencers, KOL's and luxury lifestyle brands. This includes the management of familiarization trips, hosted entertainment, and attending media events.
Identify potential sponsorships, partnerships, and other promotional opportunities to amplify resort exposure via joint activities.
Undertake the overall responsibility to enforce brand management and corporate identity, across all online and print campaigns and collaterals etc.
Write compelling, impactful and effective press releases, information for the media, and other related materials.
Initiate content production across all internal collateral, advertising, filming's/videos, social media, CRM, EDM's, newsletters, review channels, booking engines, brand website, and other digital platforms to ensure the brand DNA is always adhered to.
Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Managing Director. He/She must be highly qualified and must have at least 3 years' experience in Public Relations & Communications in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. Strong social/interpersonal skills are mandatory. He/She must have a Communications and/or Marketing Degree desirable, with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
