Updating and maintaining the PRO database, including scanning and organizing passports, labour contracts, labour cards, visas, and other related documents.
Tracking entry dates of new employees for visa processing and related requirements.
Assisting employees and managers with day-to-day PRO-related inquiries.
Ensuring all relevant documentation and information are accurately prepared and forwarded to the PRM.
Preparing, organizing, and maintaining individual hard-copy HR records.
Liaising with the PRO and HR departments regarding visa processing, contract renewals, cancellations, and other related tasks.
Ensuring company compliance with UAE labour laws and relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
Minimum of
2 years of relevant experience
in a similar role.
Currently
residing in the UAE

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to
join immediately

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
Proficiency in
MS Office
, especially
MS Excel
and
MS PowerPoint
.
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
