Public Relation Officer

Job Description
In the Hamriyah Free Zone, the Public Relations Officer (PRO) is in charge of making sure that the rules and laws governing immigration and visa processes are followed. The PRO will also be in charge of managing any PR campaigns relating to the business.
- Make sure that the Hamriyah Free Zone's immigration and visa processing laws and regulations are followed.
- Control immigration and visa-related processes like sponsorships, extensions, and cancellations.
- Maintain thorough records of all documentation and processes relating to immigration and visas.
- Monitor changes to immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Manage all public relations efforts linked to the business, such as media relations and community engagement.
- Develop and implement public relations strategies that advance the goals and objectives.
- Write and distribute news releases, speeches, and other public relations materials.
- Establish and maintain a good rapport with local media, nonprofits, and other stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- A thorough awareness of the rules and regulations governing Hamriyah Free Zone immigration and visa processes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizing and planning skills.
- The ability to work both alone and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Knowledge of Arabic and English is necessary.
- Candidates with 0?3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
