Our client is an international investment firm looking to expand its already high-calibre public markets investment team in the Middle East.
This role sits within their public credit investment ream where you will focus on long/short and relative value credit investments in developed markets.

This role sits within their public credit investment ream where you will focus on long/short and relative value credit investments in developed markets.
What the job involves
- Assisting Portfolio Manager with the credit portfolio and fixed income investments
- Bottom-up fundamental research including the building of financial and valuation models
- Developing Long/Short and relative value credit investment ideas
- Construction, monitoring and ongoing evaluation and analysis of portfolio investments, including P&L analysis and risk management
- Experience formulating and defending independent credit investment rationale and ideas
- Experience covering developed markets
- Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship management skills and problem solving competencies
