Your Day to Day

In a nutshell, as Housekeeping Supervisor, you will promote the desired work culture around Our Winning Ways and the brand ethos. In addition, your responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead and Supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the proper areas
• Ensure Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section
• Actively participate in daily briefing, daily warmup and departmental meetings
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Report necessary maintenance items
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Other duties as assigned

What we need from you

You\'ll report to the Guest Experience Manager - Housekeeping, and you\'ll play a big role in supporting the overall success of the hotel.

Ideally, you should have at least 1-year experience working in a 5-star hotel industry in a Housekeeping environment and excellent communication skills. Administrative experience is an advantage.

The right fit for this role is someone who has solid hotel background with an energetic and fun personality. You should be passionate about people and hospitality. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. If you are this person, we\'d like to meet you.
