Public Area Attendant

to join our vibrant team.


As a

Public Area Attendant

, you will play a vital role in maintaining a pristine and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. You will:

Ensure all

public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restaurants, and restrooms, are spotless and well-maintained

at all times. Take responsibility for

cleaning and sanitizing

high-touch areas to uphold health and safety standards. Assist in maintaining cleanliness in

back-of-house areas

to support overall hotel operations. Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a

welcoming and comfortable environment

. Work efficiently and as part of a team to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude An eye for detail Is a creative problem-solver Passionate about creating extraordinary service Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction Strong verbal communication skills Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
