Drive strategy, engagement, and activation of external stakeholders to influence healthcare policies and secure patient access to medicines and vaccines

Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to shape the healthcare environment

Lead collaborations with patient advocacy groups and champion patient perspectives across the organization

Coordinate internal and external voices to achieve business objectives

Strategic Health Policy & Stakeholder Management and Diplomacy (40%)

Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and Key Opinion Leaders

Lead and execute policy strategies to accelerate diagnosis and create market conditions for broad access

Monitor and analyze new & upcoming regulations from health authorities

Develop innovative approaches for access and engage health authorities in patient management

Drive cross-functional collaboration to align public affairs strategies with commercial objectives

External Engagement & Market Access (30%)

Design and implement creative approaches for stakeholder engagement

Develop specific tools and materials for external engagement including policy narratives

Set up advisory boards with policy experts and build industry coalitions

Ensure Public Affairs and business strategies align with government priorities

Coordinate Sanofi activities and projects with relevant authorities

Patient Advocacy & Healthcare Environment (10%)

Lead patient advocacy initiatives and develop innovative support programs

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

---------------------------

Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related field

Minimum 8-10 years' experience in healthcare, with 5+ years in market access/public affairs

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Specialty Care experience is a plus
