Skilled Liquid Polyurethane Caster (PU Elastomer Technician)

We are looking for an experienced

Liquid Polyurethane Caster

who can independently handle hot and cold PU casting operations for industrial and marine components.

Key Responsibilities



Mixing and casting

liquid polyurethane

(Polyol + Isocyanate). Mould preparation, cleaning, applying release agents. Setup and operation of PU dispensing machine / manual casting. Monitoring mixing ratios, pigment addition, bubble removal (degassing). Curing, demoulding, trimming, and finishing parts. Maintaining production logs and quality checks.

Requirements



3-5 years

of experience in PU elastomer casting. Hands-on experience with

MOCA / MBCA curing

, open/closed mould casting. Knowledge of hardness control (Shore A 70-95). Ability to troubleshoot casting defects (bubbles, shrinkage, surface finish).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
