Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas industries, Maintenance experience preferred.
Implement and administer the Permit to Work (PTW) system in accordance with company and client procedures.
Issue, review, authorize, suspend, and close permits for activities such as - Hot Work, Cold Work, Confined Space Entry, Excavation, Working at Height etc.
Ensure all permits are supported by approved Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statements.
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, HSE, and Construction teams to ensure safe execution of work.
Verify site conditions before issuing permits and ensure proper isolation, gas testing, and safety precautions are in place.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workforce awareness of permit conditions and hazards.
Suspend or revoke permits in case of unsafe conditions or violations.
Maintain accurate records of issued permits and daily PTW logs.
Support maintenance activities by coordinating permits for breakdown, shutdown, and routine maintenance works.
Participate in safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations related to PTW violations.
Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas safety standards, client specifications, and statutory regulations.
