1 Year ExtendableWe are looking for an experienced
PTW Coordinator
to manage permit-to-work activities for an EMCS Upgrade Project across multiple substations.The candidate will ensure compliance with client PTW systems, coordinate approvals, and maintain safety documentation during the design and shutdown phases.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and process all PTW applications (Electrical / Instrumentation / Control Systems). Liaise with client and site authorities for permit issuance and clearances. Verify supporting documents (JSA, Risk Assessment, Isolation Certificates). Maintain a PTW log and track daily work progress. Conduct site verification and ensure compliance with LOTO procedures.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation. 3+ years PTW coordination experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector. Valid
QP / Ras Laffan / RLIC PTW Authorization (Coordinator Level)
preferred. Good communication and documentation skills. Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.Job Type: Permanent
