Drawing up a work schedule agreed with the head
Formation of as-built documentation\xe2\x80\x9a as-built schemes based on the volume of work performed.
Solving current issues related to the production of works that arise during construction.
Checking the estimate documentation, calculating the cost, accounting for the work performed.
Prepare cost estimates for additional work.
Coordinate with the design organization and the customer estimates, costing materials and additional costs, statements of work performed, specifications, acts of work performed, percentages.
Carry out technical acceptance of completed construction and installation works and objects, draw up the necessary technical documentation. Participate in the work of commissions for the acceptance of construction projects and their commissioning.
