Experienced candidates will be given preference, and all shortlisted professionals will receive structured training and onboarding aligned with our service model.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one psychological assistance to employees Deliver engaging trainings and workshops focused on well-being and workplace resilience Collaborate with internal teams and corporate partners Maintain ethical standards and ensure confidentiality in all services Support during times of organizational or individual crises
Requirements

Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Organizational preferred) Education through regular mode (non-distance learning) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills
