Job Description
Job brief Nabta Health is a hybrid healthcare company for women, empowering women to manage their health using personalised care pathways powered by machine learning. Our values and mission depend on continuous engagement with our stakeholders. We are looking for an attentive and understanding part time psychologist to guide patients through their treatments and any diagnosis. The responsibilities of a counseling psychologist include listening to patients and identifying their core problems, building strong, long-term relationships based on trust, and monitoring patient response to treatment over time, among other duties. Responsibilities:
- Assessing patients and identifying their problems.
- Engaging in discussion with patients and making them feel comfortable.
- Implementing individualized treatment programs.
- Undertaking psychometric testing (if feasible and suitable)
- Evaluating patient responses to treatment over time
- Organizing a long-term counseling plan that involves multiple visits
- Offering services to women of all age groups
- Offering both one-on-one and group counseling (when suitable)
- Keeping a detailed account of patient mental health history
- Being patient and building relationships based on trust
- Fluent spoken English
- Arabic is preferred
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in Psychology
- An active DHA license
- Proven experience working as a psychologist
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and clinical assessment skills.
