Psychologist
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments using a variety of standardized tests and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in continuing professional development activities to stay abreast of current research and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health awareness programs.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology is required; Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a practicing Psychologist.
• Valid professional license or registration to practice as a Psychologist in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain).
• Demonstrated experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and their application.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
