Conduct thorough psychological assessments using a variety of standardized tests and clinical interviews.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Participate in continuing professional development activities to stay abreast of current research and best practices.
Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health awareness programs.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology is required; Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a practicing Psychologist.
Valid professional license or registration to practice as a Psychologist in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain).
Demonstrated experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and their application.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Proficiency in written and spoken English. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
