Job Description
Conduct
psychological, academic, and behavioral assessments
to identify students' needs. Develop and implementintervention plans
to support learning and emotional development. Provideindividual and group counseling
to students facing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges. Supportteachers and administrators
in implementing effective classroom management and behavioral strategies. Collaborate withparents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
to enhance student outcomes. Maintainconfidential records and progress reports
in accordance with school and legal standards. Conducttraining sessions or workshops
for staff and parents on mental health awareness and student support. Participate inIndividualized Education Program (IEP)
or student support meetings as required. Stay updated onbest practices in school psychology
and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications & Requirements:
Master's Degree or higher in
School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Clinical Psychology
should have DCD licence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
