Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or any related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in the field.
The applicant should be a citizen of UAE.
Duties, and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement plans to enhance psychological and social counseling services.
Collect and analyze data related to mental and social health of students and prepare relevant reports.
Establish and develop a database for psychological and social counseling services provided throughout the academic year.
Participate in the preparation, review, and updating of policies and strategies for psychological and social counseling services.
Prepare the annual operational plan proposal for psychological and social counseling services.
Develop counseling programs for students\' psychological and social care.
Organize and conduct events, activities, workshops aimed at increasing awareness of mental and social health.
Maintain the confidentiality of students\' personal information.
