: Psychiatrist (Fresher / Experienced)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including patient history, mental status examination, risk assessments. Diagnose mental health disorders (e.g. depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, etc.). Develop individualized treatment plans combining pharmacological interventions, psychotherapy (where applicable), and other treatment modalities. Prescribe, monitor, and adjust medications; manage side effects. Provide follow-up care; monitor patients' progress and modify treatment as required. Handle crisis interventions (when needed). Maintain accurate medical records, comply with regulatory / licensing requirements (DHA / DHA license or relevant authority). Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (psychologists, therapists, nurses, social workers). Possibly supervise or mentor junior psychiatrists / residents (for experienced roles). If required, contribute to outreach, public education, workshops etc. Participate in continuing medical education and stay updated on psychiatric practices.
Qualifications

For Fresher:

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent). Completed specialization/residency / postgraduate qualification in Psychiatry (or in last stages) or equivalent. Valid medical license (or eligibility) to practice in UAE (or willingness to obtain). Strong theoretical knowledge, good diagnostic skills. Good communication skills; empathy, cultural sensitivity. Basic experience in psychotherapy or supervised clinical exposure preferred but not mandatory.

For Experienced:

Medical degree + Specialist qualification in Psychiatry. Minimum

3-5 years

of post-residency clinical experience (or more, depending on employer). Demonstrated competence in a range of psychiatric cases. Experience with both medication management and psychotherapy. Proven record of patient management, possibly leadership / supervision. DHA / relevant Emirate license in place (or willing to transfer).
Compensation Structure (Fixed + Revenue Share)

Fixed Salary

: Base monthly salary, guaranteed, covering basic duties.

Revenue Share / Incentives

: Additional compensation tied to revenue generated
