PSBD & SIRA Security Guard

1. Job Summary
We are seeking physically fit, alert, and responsible male and female candidates to join our security team in the UAE. The primary role is to protect and safeguard the client's assets, personnel, and property. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment by actively monitoring premises, controlling access points, and following strict security protocols as per PSBD (UAE's Protective Systems & Security Badge) and SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) standards.
2. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Access Control: Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises.
• Patrolling: Conduct regular foot patrols of the interior and exterior of the assigned facility to ensure security and identify any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
• Surveillance: Operate and monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security equipment as required.
• Incident Reporting: Write detailed, accurate reports on daily activities, irregularities, and incidents such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Emergency Response: Respond immediately to emergencies (e.g., fire, medical, security threats) to provide necessary assistance and alert relevant authorities (police, fire department).
• Customer Service: Provide a professional and helpful presence, offering information and direction to visitors and staff when appropriate.
• Policy Enforcement: Enforce the client's and company's rules and regulations in a firm and professional manner.

3. Candidate Requirements
A. Physical Requirements:

• Male: Height must be 5 feet 6 inches (167.5 cm) and above.
• Female: Height must be 5 feet 2 inches (157.5 cm) and above.
• Must be in good physical and mental health, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

B. Educational & Documentation Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of 10th Standard Pass.
• Certification: Must be willing to undergo and clear the mandatory PSBD/SIRA certification process as required for the UAE security industry.

C. Age & Personal Requirements:

• Age: Must be between 21 to 40 years old.
• Character: Must have a clean criminal record and present a professional appearance.
• Skills: Good observation skills, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Language: Basic knowledge of English is highly advantageous.
