Position Overview

The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our solutions. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their business needs, configure solutions, provide training, and drive value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design tailored solutions. Lead implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment. Provide expert guidance and best practices to ensure successful adoption of solutions. Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams. Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after implementation. Document processes, configurations, and client interactions for knowledge sharing. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred). 1+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or solution implementation. Strong understanding of [industry-specific solutions or technologies]. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Willingness to travel as required.
