Your tasks: Supervising the completeness and timeliness of duty billing. Ensuring billing quality to provide the best service to the customer. Keep a close coordination with OPS duty teams and DCE manager to highlight any foreseen issues. Responsible for accounting of cash and duty collections and following up with Operation & Retail teams for the uncollected invoices. Developing a culture of having a good cross-functional relationship to ensure compliance of finance policies. Handle petty cash reimbursement responsibility for the province. Cash controller for the province. Running complete cash remittance process through DHL application, CAA (cash admin application). Manage and review cash and duty write offs and consistently look for the opportunities to minimize the write offs. Follow the cost saving target given by Finance Manager. Provide management with relevant accounting information through the agreed reports that can be used for management decision making. Develop and engage a highly motivated team with enabling approach for them to carry their responsibilities independently. Set the relevant KPIs for the team and individuals and drive the performance through the KPIs.

YOUR PROFILE: Education Degree in Accounting or Finance Professional qualification of CA, CPA would be advantage SOCPA registered Experience Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Finance or accounting field. Technical Knowledge/Skills Accounting knowledge (excellent) Database skills Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Interpersonal skills. Report drafting skills. Presentation skills.
