Job Description
This purpose-driven and highly successful consulting firm deliver amazing solutions for centre-of-government entities, ministries, agencies, leaders and state-owned enterprises.
They seek a Proposal Writer to join their growing new business team in Dubai.
This person must be able to balance technical know-how with softer relationship management skills; support and lead multiple new business bids, develop and project manage technical and commercial RfPs responses, build detailed scopes of works for new projects, and also have the ability to build strong relationships internally across the business and create strategic and innovative approaches to proposals, bids and new business.
To be considered, candidates must have the following:
- Experience of working in the Middle East region
- Professional level Arabic (reading and writing)
- Experience of working in new business development
- Experience of leading small teams, shaping operations and creating innovative solutions
- Experience of working in communications, strategy or policy
- Experience of structuring persuasive and creative pitch documents
