We are seeking an experienced
Proposal Manager
to lead the end-to-end tendering and proposal process for EPC projects in water and wastewater treatment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and commercial acumen to drive successful bids.Key Responsibilities:
Manage proposals for Water/Wastewater, Oil & Gas, and Municipal sectors. Evaluate RFPs/RFQs and develop proposal strategies. Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial submissions. Review designs, cost estimations, and tender documents. Lead client presentations and negotiations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering. 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role. Proven record in large-scale EPC proposals (RO, STP, MBR, etc.). Strong costing knowledge in UAE/GCC market. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
